Fructose is contained in many foods and drinks that are sweetened either with common table sugar (sucrose) or with high fructose corn syrup (HFCS). In addition, many foods, like honey and fruit, contain fructose naturally, either in its pure form or as part of their sucrose content.

  • Fruit juice and nectar

  • Fruit yogurt

  • Ice cream

  • Muesli and dried-fruit-cereal mix

  • Muesli bars

  • Pastries and confectionery

  • Soft drinks, such as lemonade

  • Spreads like honey, marmalade, and jam

  • Stewed fruit
