2. Amazon Purchases
When you purchase via our Amazon storefront, fulfillment depends on pack size:
2.1 Large Pack (Fulfilled by Amazon, FBA)
- Fulfillment & Shipping: Shipped from Amazon fulfillment centers.
- Shipping Speeds: Subject to Amazon’s Prime/standard shipping options.
- Delivery Estimates: Varies by your Prime eligibility, location, and chosen shipping
speed.
- Tracking & Support: Provided via Amazon’s shipment notifications and customer
support portal.
Note: Any questions about shipping times, delays, or delivery issues for Large Pack orders
should be directed to Amazon Customer Service.
2.2 Small Pack (Fulfilled by Merchant, FBM)
- Order Processing
- Orders received by 9:00 AM PT on a business day will ship within 1-2
business days.
- Orders received after 9:00 AM PT, on weekends, or on public holidays will
ship within1-2 business days of the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Transit Times
- We use USPS.
- Estimated transit: 2–5 business days
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Shipping Rates
- Flat rate: $5.49 per order.
4. International Shipping
- We currently ship only within the continental United States.
5. Public Holidays & Weekends
- FBM orders do not process or ship on U.S. federal public holidays or weekends.

- Amazon FBA orders: Tracking and support via your Amazon account.
- FBM orders: Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. For any
